The fourth option is Kensington Apartments. Fourth because it is not exactly walking distance from the Centenial Campus (the newly built campus housing HiTech companies (Red Hat world headquaters are right here, as well as a division of Analog Electronics, Erricson, ABB etc), as well as the ECE and CSC departments, a fabrication faculty a beautiful lake, condos etc.
